Dr Suzie is the founder, owner and lead aesthetic doctor at The Cromwell Clinic. A dual-qualified hospital pharmacist and medical doctor, she also holds an OTHM Level 7 Diploma in Clinical Aesthetic Injectable Therapies.
Alongside her clinical work, she is a lead trainer at Derma Institute, where she has trained thousands of healthcare professionals nationwide, developed specialist skin rejuvenation courses and delivered live treatment demonstrations at industry events.
Dr Suzie has also been invited to speak at events including The Dentistry Show London and the Women in Aesthetics Conference 2026, sharing her experience in aesthetics and clinical practice. She has been awarded Best Aesthetic Trainer by Derma Institute and was named a Rising Star of the Year 2026 finalist at the Safety in Beauty Diamond Awards.

The Cromwell Clinic is led by Dr Suzie Sahirad, a doctor and pharmacist, with a commitment to individualised treatment plans and client satisfaction. Dr Suzie is GMC and GPhC registered, and we hold ourselves to the highest safety and care standards, specialising in tailored anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers, advanced skin booster treatments and polynucleotides using premium products.
Dermal fillers are injectable treatments used to enhance facial features, diminish wrinkles, and replenish volume lost to ageing. Primarily composed of hyaluronic acid, a substance naturally found in skin, they're applied to areas such as the lips, cheeks and around the mouth for outcomes that look and feel natural.
Anti-wrinkle treatment uses a refined protein to temporarily relax the muscles responsible for wrinkle formation, notably around the forehead, eyes and mouth. We use premium-grade botulinum toxin by Allergan, aiming for results that enhance natural expression rather than impede it.
Skin boosters are advanced injectable treatments that hydrate and improve the skin's texture, elasticity and radiance as a whole, rather than targeting specific volume areas. Polynucleotides are a newer addition, natural compounds that support cellular repair, stimulate collagen, and offer antioxidant benefits for firmer, healthier skin.
Every visit starts with a thorough consultation to understand your desired outcome, a review of your medical history, and consent for the agreed treatment. Numbing cream is applied where useful. Afterwards you'll receive full aftercare guidance and a take-home care leaflet, and we remain available for any follow-up questions.
